You can put a 12" furnace blower on it if you want, but what are you really trying to do?
You're not giving us much to go on.

My newest case (a Pac-Man case) has a place for a 4.5" fan, which I've installed, and it moves a LOT of air.

Where would you put a 250mm fan? That's almost 10" ! A pretty large fan for anyplace but the left side panel. You'd probably have to cut the hole yourself and then put a screen over it to keep the mice out.

so many questions......

i saw a post saying they were available in the uk or austrailia but i cant remember where it was.

just do a search for the fan on this site and you should find it. your best bet in the for sale or buy forum, they will know how to hook you up.

if not the hardware store will have plexiglass sheets you can mod an adapter from.

and I thought my Antec Nin Hundred 200mm top case fan was big.

You might as well use a leaf blower =)

Man, those must be loud fans.

I think 250mm fans are more commonly called 25cm fans. It might improve your searches.
