I don't see it as awesome. I see AMD finally admitting a problem that has existed for years, and their response is such that I will be listing my AMD cards for sale and moving over to NVidia for the foreseeable future.
Microstutter isn't a term people are familiar with because AMD admitted the problem...it's the hardcore denials that had everyone in such an uproar about it. Now, here it is explained in a way that AMD finally understands, and they deal with single-GPU only, and do the fixes...WITHOUT THE MEMORY MANAGEMENT CHANGES. What a bunch of idiots. They didn't even identify the problem correctly in the first place, and clearly, are still confused as to what is going on, by their own statements.
