[WTB] Cheap 775 Motherboard

dose anyone have a extra cheap Intel 775 motherboard that's able to use Core 2 Quad Q9300...

i was also wondering is DDR3 better with that chip than DDR2?
cuz the FSB of that chip is 1333 and i know i'd be at least clocking it to 1600/400FSB

i am not looking for anything hardcore... just a extra system that's gonna beable to run some games and reminder some video but mostly gonna be playing 1080p based movies on TV or overhead...

can anyone help me out?

there is no go on ebay nothing nice up there that i really liked and newegg is like a ghost town for 775/any older stuff...
