Also looking for a LGA 775 motherboard. Doesn’t matter what kind it is as long as it can support a Quad and 8GB of RAM

A lot of scam videocards out there on eBay right now. Don't buy anything from China. If looking to buy new, I would avoid anything less than the 1050 Ti or 560 from the current gen offerings. The 750ti, 760, 770, 780, 960 would be ideal for your price range and lack of mining activity on those.

Hmm... Try Sapphire or XFX R7 360 2GB. More powerful than HD 6870 and just slightly less powerful than GTX 660, but much newer than both of them.
