[WTB][US] Cheap mATX LGA 775 board

Looking for a cheap working mATX LGA 775 motherboard to use in a relative's HP tower. Does not need to be high end as the processor that will go in it is a Pentium 4 HT. Brand is irrelevant. Would like 4 RAM slots if possible.

frys electronics has an oddball msi one. 4 slots... 2 are ddr2 and 2 are ddr3. I can confirm that the ddr3 slots work well enough (picked one up a week ago. cost was about $60)

loaded it with an e6600 so i dont know about p4 ht.
