[WTB][US] Cheap PCIe video card

I'm looking for a video card under $35 shipped to 31523. It has to be PCIe x16 interface and have at least 512MB VRAM. Can't require 6-pin PCIe power. Must run stable since this is replacing my friend's flaky 9400GT. Link to Heatware feedback in the sig.
