According to Guru3d the Chinese website is currently in the process of removing all the pirated articles.

Not much you can do with these sites, for everything hosted in western countries, just send a DMCA complaint to their hosting company and it'll be gone in like a day (the letters are even respected by hosters outside US)

It's not exactly uncommon even outside China.

NOT THE SORT OF POST THAT'S ACCEPTABLE HERE
Your implying that members or people that read your post take Illegal action

THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER MAY FILE A LEGAL DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE IF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT IS COMMITED

Apparently China is getting Better at complying with DMCA Takedown notices

WTO and sanctions (or the Threat of sanctions ) do have an effect

The worst is that fashaoyou site is placing its own watermarks on the pictures that are actually made by the staff from TechPowerUp; it's like those pictures are their own. I would say TechPowerUp should put their own watermarks to protect their reviews and pictures in the TPU reviews.

Perhaps some watermarks that are difficult to remove by using photoshop tools without to be too distracting (e.g. small/transparent watermark on the CPU cooler with the most details, e.g. place it over the fins or on the shiny or brushed heatsink/block. It would be funny if there's a reflection of crazyeyesreaper (the original reviewer of the CPU coolers at TPU) on those shiny CPU coolers, so people could see that the photos aren't made by this particular Chinese "pirate" tech review website.

Please no I use TPU GPU PCB shots to make Vmod guides on my blog(yes I do cite TPU as the source). If there's a great big stonking watermark on it would ruin them.

If that doesn't work then this is where you can leave a message to the staff. You may have to use Google Translate to translate the message to Chinese.

Even the most sincere form of flattery is insulting. @W1zzard ... just my opinion but watermarks would be welcomed.
