I think you will get much lower temps the other way around if you can pull that off. There is very little surface area on the chipset block to dissipate heat. Don't be afraid to get creative with zip ties and the like!

I'll try it when i get a chance was easy to just sit fan pointing into the chipset for now. Zip ties sound like a good idea though thanks.
