If you're on the fence between the MSI and the Asus I would probably opt for the STRIX O8G if you are really looking to push the card and the MSI Gaming X if you prefer the lowest noise profile.
The Strix has notably better cooling across the whole board (VRM/VRAM) but triple fan solutions are always more noisy. The large twin fan MSI solution has always been the best option for silence and this hasn't changed, while maintaining more than decent temps.
