choosing an new LCD monitor

what is the best available 19" or 20" LCD monitor in the $200-$350 price range.

i'm looking for the highest resolution, highest contrast ratio, and the view angle of 170 or higher in horizontal and verticle angles.

used for all purpose computing and games, will get vista soon.

I have this one (i know its 22"), and I like it. Bestbuy had them onsale last week for 189.99 USD. i almost picked up another one.

4:3 is normal.
16:9 is the common widescreen ratio.

You're looking for 4:3.
