Used to use Chrome, now exclusively use Firefox on all of my devices.

I have removed both Edge and Internet Exploder from my PC.

Chrome at home. Firefox at work mostly up until a few weeks ago then switched to Chrome because some Firefox update broke functionality with the Atlassian tools I use. After a few weeks of things not working right I had to switch.

It's just so clunky compared to Firefox and Chrome. Noticeably so, not just in theory (for my system). It's just a joke I have, Lord Gilford.

IE is too outdated.

Edge is being replaced by the newer one, which is Chrome in disguise.

All other browsers are either based on Firefox or Chrome.

Chrome is a faster, lack extensions (Google will not approve some extensions) and fonts look bad.

Firefox has more extensions, better font rendering, but is a bit slower, and the UI tend to change time for time.

I've used Chrome for so many years, have tried out Opera and Firefox for a weeks every year or so but always come crawling back to Chrome. New Edge is basically Chrome, so it's all right for having another session with different accounts logged in, use it a lot at work when I have to manage Office tenants for multiple customers. One Chrome instance, one new edge instance, one chrome incognito instance, and then a separate chrome user called "Office" for a 4th instance. Tried adding more Chrome users but they didn't add another instance, so for now I have upto 4 at the same time, but I've never needed more than 2 or 3.

Firefox is my main browser at home, Edge as the alternative.

Chrome is the main at work, with Edge and Firefox as alternatives.

I use to use chrome and so did my brother we both got hacked through it so we removed it now we use firefox and the new edge

I'm using chrome mostly but firefox on phone.

There is no need for a poll. On tech sites the numbers are:

Chrome 55%
Firefox 27%
Opera 4%
IE & Edge 8%
Rest are others like Safari and such.

Chrome is the only one I never really used.

Mainly using Firefox for years now but I also have Opera around even tho I rarely use it.
Edge only for 1 site I check every morning and thats it 'random news site'.

Chrome, but I hate the bookmarking system. The dropdown's just 7 selections, and searching for something is so damn slow.

I use several variations of Firefox, each for a different purpose. I also use Chromium(not Chrome) and Iron from time to time.

Whilst some of that may be true, it still displays the odd site that doesn't display correctly for me in ff or chrome so it's handy to have imo, I've been a solid ff user for probably a year or two now, refuse to use chrome cause.. Google, though I've no choice but to use it on my android phone as there's no better alternative that works as well on android

My preference at home is:
1. Firefox
2. Vivaldi
3. Chromium
4. Chrome

Edge is my PDF viewer. Otherwise, it only opens up when Windows decides it's the default tool for handling some links.

At work, I used primarily Vivaldi these days, because the IT guys decided to force some extension on Firefox that makes it unusable (on top of already forcing us on ESR only). And, of course, we have the usual assortment of internal web sites that only work on IE.

I've used FoxIt for years (before that I used Acrobat Reader with a tool that removed a ton of plugins seemingly without affecting functionality). It grew too big and iirc started installing extra stuff by default, so I got rid of it. Edge works very well for PDFs, even those with forms and other crap. I'll have to see about Edgium, though.

Except they don't sell personal data, that would be illegal. What they may be exposing to 3rd parties is aggregated, anonymized data. Big difference.
