I noticed that updates to this ends in June 2024 because of Chromebook AUE date. Does it means that i can't update Chrome browser or other apps? Or is it just security updates?

Pretty sure it's just feature/security updates. Your apps will get updates until that ChromeOS version goes totally dead/unsupported.
Even if it does - there's always an option of installing a third-party browser, or even better - a compatible linux distro of your liking.
My old Samsung XE303C12 did quite well with Ubuntu, regardless of its old age and underwhelming ARM SoC.

Yes you have a point. I installed a old snapchat manual by developer mode and with linux when the chromebook version for snapchat was in a awful design, like on the snapchat for web. It works good with a Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3350 @ 1.10GHz (2 trådar, 2.40 GHz). Not the biggest but i can play 4K. Is the processor in "laptops" and Chromebooks better? In a usual computer i do not think you could play 4k with 2 cores aand 4gb memory.

It's all about the decoder hardware in a CPU, which is similar/same across the entire lineup of that gen. Cores have little to do with it, and RAM isn't really that critical.
That little thing is more than enough for your typical 4K 8bit @ 30FPS or maybe even 60.
