I did a clean install of Windows 10 1809 (build 17763.529) on my laptop, an Eluktronics (Clevo) W650KK1, which has a GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB of VRAM. I then used NVCleanstall to download the decrapified version of 430.64.
Whenever I get to the installer, it does the compatibility check and then gives me this error:
Before doing the clean install, my laptop was running 1803 and NVCleanstall worked just fine. It also works fine on my main system, which is also running 1809 (build 17763.503).
What's going on here? Did Microsoft change something in the later build? Is NVIDIA trying to force GFE (and their bloated drivers) down my throat? Does NVCleanstall need to be updated?
