I think the mounting system on the 212+ is just fine. It's not rocket science ;)

My FX 6300 is sitting @ 32c right now witn an OC of 4.2Ghz with 1.3 volts.

I think the mounting system on the 212+ is just fine. It's not rocket science ;)

Compared to my old Tuniq Tower, the Hyper 212+ is a breeze to install.
I think what irks some people is how the heatsinks can be rotated by hand when the heatsink has been installed firmly.

The fact is the heat sink is going to shift even under firm pressure due to the fresh thermal paste in between the CPU IHS and CPU cooler heatsink.

I believe unless the heatsink has a bracket fixed to the heat sink, the cooler is going to be able to rotate under some force.
