all drivers are up to date?, Any Overclocks? (Cold War is insanely heavy on the GPU and crashes timespy stable OCs)
if that's not the case delete the Cold War folder under documents.

Then i'd uninstall it, remove the remaining game folders and the documents folder, reinstall it and run memtest.
