Use "/RegisterSKU" argument to execute KGA Config in Sound Blaster X-Fi MB5 installer ???' after install do i have to registrer something? and how ? because the installer is an .exe ther is no more files to do that in the link

Not Sure Try Pm AAF Optimus, Or Just Use SB 720 Or 360.
