You can run AtiTools and ATITrayTools together. I have both installed and it is no problem to launch them both. Yes with lower to 800 MHz i meant to clock it to 400 Mhz (800 MHz DDR).
It has no sence to Vmod GTO with stock cooling. Vmod is useful when you have low temperatures and you cant get higher clock without artifacts.

Hey guys! I'm also gonna get a X800GTO/GT02 card in about a month. Probably a connect3D or saphire. I gonna overclock like shit with my extreme wattercooling and an 80watts peltier on the GPU. Besides this my system spec is gonna look like this --> Sapphire Radeon X800GTO2, DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR Expert, F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX, AMD Opteron 144, 1.8GHz. Yepp it's gonna be real fun

:)

The only GTO2 cards I know of are from Saphire. They have a near 100% unlock to 16 pipelines ability, even now.

Good luck on that one. You should get your GPU above 600mhz a little. Let us know how it goes.

on the mem should be numbers ending in gc16 gc20 these identifie what type gc16=1.6ns and gc20=2.0ns, i have read a few cards having both wihich i think would suck as your limited by the lower 2.0ns.
