Hi. I now have two minitors at my workspace and am wondering how to successfully connect both to my MAC that I use at work. I've got a Satechi docking station that has a few regular USB port, and USB-C port and a HDMI port. I connected my first monitor (Dell U2715Hc) using HDMI. My boss suggested connecting the two monitors using a displayport cable, but the second one still does not show up in the displays when looking at system preferences.
So I'm wondering if it's even possible to connect them via Displayport and then use a different type of port for connecting to the MAC. Alternatively, I assume that the easiest way of connecting might be to get another displayport cable and a displayport to HDMI adapter. What would you suggest as an easy and cheap way to solve the issue here?
