i'm selling my asus p5wd2 and this 4ghz stable d930 and getting a asus p5b deluxe wi-fi and a e6300 in the start of november,fantastic.

what sort of oc can i expect from that chip and board with my patriot ddr2 900?.it runs at 450/900 ok.

i cant afford new ram so i'm gonna just clock as much as i can with the ram i have.the board i picked is ok tho'?.they tested lots in decembers custom pc and the p5b deluxe wi-fi was the 775 winner.i dont like the position of the pci slots tho'.same as on my p5wd2.i took out my sound card coz it was blocking the cooler on my gfx card.i did'nt wanna lose the decent leadtek tv card so the sound card went instead.i already have a arctic freezer 7 pro cooler to use on it.

pretty decent board

erm, the P5B deluxe can push to over 550mhz fsb. You should be able to take that e6300 quite a long way with some decent cooling.

thx for the replies guys.how much do you reckon my d 930(stable at 4.4ghz with the right cooling) and p5wd2 board is worth?.

i think i mite consider the abit board,but i'm thinking of going with the p5b deluxe.

He can use a 5:4 divider then

and that ram should be able to do over 1ghz if he loosens the timings to 5-5-5-15 and increases voltage.

Don't hope for too much. Unfortunatly they're not worth an awful lot. I had to let my P5WD2 Premium go for £65
