Consistent GPU spikes

I had this issue a while back on 13.1 ccc, so i updated it to 13.4 and it stopped doing it for only a day and it came back. Why in the world does my gpu do this?

Each time the gpu is under load the card wines really bad too. Of course the extra heat generated by the spikes cause my fan to spool up (fan power curve is set by myself).

NOTE: the image shows my oc that i tried. I used 900/1400 in the past to make the wining go away on idle (which is a whole other issue). The spikes come regardless of the clock speed / memory speed.

- Looked up bios, seems outdated. dont know if this could be the issue or not.

when I was overclocking using msi ab it done that to me, but not as regular. uninstalled AB and re freshed drivers and it was fine.

ive seen a few people ask the same before and usually its hardware acceleration in internet browser.

Would updating the bios for the card be worth it?

Also, I put in a support ticket to xfx for "spikes" and the gpu wine. I don't think they will do anything about it but its always worth asking.

they probably would for the coil whine, I used that as an excuse for my hd7770.

bios wont solve anything, its software related. uninstall all drivers and oc software, disable hardware acceleration in browser and monitor with gpuz
