The demo has been updated. Original demo was very rough. People have played the crap out of the roof and the devs have polished it. If you've tried the demo before and found it rough/difficult, have a go at it again with the update. A lot of Interactive Storyteller System fixes, most options in the menus should now work, and combat is far easier.

I've put 200 hours into this game and the meat of the story isn't even out yet. There's so much I still haven't done yet in what is available.

They pushed out 1.6 and included this fascinating image of the updated AutoMap showing all of the territory in Act 1 (of 3):

Green = Standard interior sections.
Hard Yellow = Major door/entrance, connecting two areas.
Blue = Water/Flooded sections
Red = Vents/Industrial sections

Both games literally take place on December 21, 2042 (12/21/2042). 21 shows up all over the ARG so they baked it into the games a lot.

The intro is being rewritten right now (almost done I think) so it is kind of a bad time to play it.
