Constant "EDP Other/PL1/PL2"

Hi folks, I'm new to this but I tried to under volt my Hp Omen 2018-i7 8750h, following the instructions that @unclewebb gaved to the other member mostly. I'm okay with my temps since I know that Hp doesn't provide the best cooling system at all. but I have this Edp other problem that keeps lighting in red while I'm doing any stress test, also PL1/PL2 Flashing red when I do CineBench, I tried everything to get rid of it but no way I even made the PP0 value to above 200 but couldn't get rid of this EDP other. so enlight me please what can I do?
