Just something I want to add....WHY HAVENT WE STICKIED WALLPAPERS YET??????....just seems like we get alot of random posts about wallpapers, and there is no single place to go and find them later! IDK may just be silly ,but i think a nice addition possible with a wallpaper heading???????

Here's a good collection of widescreen wallpapers. Jurko.net

Except the whole "CONGRATULATIONS! YOU'VE BEEN SELECTED TO WIN TWO FREE IPOD NANOS!" thing that plays every time the page loads. So just turn down the volume when you visit. :shadedshu

I think that wallpapers are a waste of resources, because most people don't stare at their desktops...

Heh. you must be the only one then.

Although I dont when on windows.

I do however sit and just play with the dock on OS X... so a good desktop is very important!

Yeah, using up an extra ~3MB of memory REALLY hogs things.
It's just aesthetics. Just like everything else. Everybody wants a beautiful car, but when are you ever really going to sit and stare at it? For me, I'd rather have a driver's car than a beautiful car, but it doesn't mean I'm not a vain son-of-a-gun heh

technicks, you have awesome taste, cash... not so much... I never wanted the Supra as much as I wanted a Skyline, or a number of old muscle cars, or even a Caterham Seven R500
