Cooler for 1800x - H100i or H110i GT or H115i

i am going to order 1800x tonight and want to know which cooler should I buy...

I am open to options..

I tried ordering h100i v2 and it said I have to get brackets from the Corsair site... when I checked corsair site.. it says I have to pre order and it will take 2 to 3 weeks.. a bit confused..

the site also says h100i is comparable out of the box where in h115i says I have to get bracket... don't want to order wrong stuff and wait for getting this sorted...

If you need a compatible bracket, use the factory cooler if you are getting a processor in a box until the wc and brackets arrive, compare fan performance and radiator sizes.

Oh I thought the processor 1800x comes without a cooler

Are you sure it comes with stock cooler ?

Fan/heatsink-included models will be available soon, just not yet. And yeah, H100i is supposed to work right out of the box, since it uses the "factory" motherboard bracket to mount, where the others use their own brackets.

CPU Cooler : Corsair Extreme H100i

RAM : F4-3200C14D-32GTZ

Case : NZXT Phantom 410

Power supply : EVGA 700 B1, 80+

Already existing old parts

HDD : 3+2TB

Graphics card 280x

Will wait for a week to see if I can find a decent board. I am going for a B350 as I have no plans of going for SLI or nvidia.. Hope I can OC 1800x with VRM 4+2 B350 boards..

I have bought a very good ram just to make sure I don't waste money if in case AMD releases 4 channel 32 core Ryzen and I decide to move over

H115i is the best of them all, to be direct on answering.
Try seeing if you can buy the bracket from amazon or somewhere for faster dilivery just make sure the cooler can be used with your chip! Don't want to bury something you can't use.

I'd also suggest chasing the fans out for faster better pressure fans! Just a suggestion that's all.

A bit late for that now..

I already bought 100i.. don't want to run behind bracket. I already have 100i on another system..

For out of the box compatability with Ryzen the Corsair H110i or H110i GT both use the stock AMD bracket without having to change backplates or use special brackets.
