There has been a lot of hype generated around Cooler Master's Cosmos Black system case. A special edition offering of this would bundle the Cooler Master Hyper Z600 Black CPU cooler. As the name suggests, the cooler would be dressed all in black, starting from its vital heat-dissipation components, to its shroud, and of course its fan.

The cooler consists of a metal CPU contact block from which six heatpipes carry heat through a dense array of aluminum fins. The fins are shaped in the form of a cross. A shroud directs air-flow from the fan attached to either of the array's sides. The 120mm fan is PWM controlled and its speed ranges between 800 and 2,200 rpm. The cooler will support all current desktop CPU sockets, including the Intel LGA-1366. The main aim of this new release is to provide aesthetic value to the cooler, as it blends with the black theme of the new Cosmos model. At this point in time, this cooler is intended to come as part of a bundle with the Cosmos black case, slated for December 11.

Pair this with an ASUS motherboard and a black PCB graphics card and you'll have one sexy beast ;)

Do we dare hope they would release this on it's own? It's actually a fairly decent cooler.

Very nice but I agree...we should get the V8, V10 or V12 in black with the case. Speculating on costs they should offer more with it.
