Cooler Master introduces USP 100, an enthusiast ready mid-tower chassis with an integrated 550W Extreme Power Plus power supply. USP 100 is a fully featured performance solution without the high-end price tag.

USP 100 offers a no compromise interior including many popular innovations from Cooler Master high end chassis. The wide body design includes over 11 inches for VGA card length and over 6.5 inches in CPU cooler clearance height for class leading support of the mainstream CPU coolers and graphics cards. A chassis width of over 8.4 inches makes cable management easy, allowing system cables to be hidden in spacious .5 inch clearance behind the motherboard tray. USP 100 includes a CPU retention hole for easy CPU cooler installation, hassle free tool-free drive bays, and an easy to clean front filter air intake.

Powered by 550W Extreme Power Plus
Answering increasing requests for more value, USP 100 combines a spacious, high airflow chassis with a quality 550W power supply. The Extreme Power Plus 550W has been field tested for both durability and performance with major graphics cards and CPUs. The combination of a power supply and chassis provides a stable, all-in-one solution perfect for mainstream system building. The USP 100 is exclusively available as a complete chassis and power supply solution.

Air Cooling Aesthetics
Taking cues from enthusiasts, the USP 100 is factory painted in crimson. Using proven all mesh front panel design, the USP 100 provides enhanced airflow to keep internal temperatures minimal. Front air filters increase dust management while reducing system maintenance. A hidden power button, red themed LED front fan, and crimson LEDs add a bold and edgy flair to any system.

USP 100 Availability
The USP 100 will be available Q1 2010 in North America, Canada, Mexico and Latin America. USP 100 with Extreme Power Plus 550W power supply will be available at a suggested market price of $99 USD. Other markets availability and pricing may be different.

For $ 100 USD this is something that will be hard to beat. Cooler Master always make the highest quality cases. I would like to see some inside photos

Oh wow, this is a pretty impressive case from CoolerMaster. Its like what my case would be if it collided with a Ferrari...
I love CoolerMaster products, and that Extreme Power Plus PSU is pretty decent quality and should be plenty of power for a mid-range gaming rig.

The reason those pics weren't used is because CM told in its email that USP 100 will not be available without the PSU included. Updated pictures.
No reason not to post pics of the case regardless of the bundle.
When I first saw the outside pic here on TPU I immediately wanted to see the insides of the case especially the mounting bays for 3.5"" devices.

Right-angled hard drive bays, tool-free drive installation and thumbscrews on everything else - very nice. Not sure I'm a fan of the colour scheme, but for under 100 bucks including a PSU it's really difficult to criticise!

There were no pics then which showed the PSU. That's the reason.

i hate right angled HDD bays. turned me right off the case.

They make it a bitch for wiring, and they block the airflow from the front fans - and if you use any kind of abnormal adaptors (IDE to SATA, for example) they always hit the side of the case.

oh and then you get the hassles of long video cards hitting the bays...

I think you've been using the wrong cases then as the right angled drive bays offer a lot of benefits like ease of installation, less cable clutter imho and I can't say that I have any problems with not being able to fit a long graphics card, something I have had problems with in more traditional cases as the hard drive has been in the way of the power cables.
Maybe you should look at getting some better quality cases instead of complaining.

A Benjamen is a little too much for this case... I'd pay $70 for it at most. Still an impressive move, a decent case with a surprisingly decent PSU that I'll feel safe using for a decent rig.

Its a pretty bold move to introduce a chassis that will only be available with a decent power supply. Its a wide mid tower, with no problems I can see.

Has anyone found where the power button is? I can't seem to find it on the pictures.

the case is roughly £62 (GBP) A CM Centurion 590 is around £50

despite the Centurion 590 being an older case - I quite like the look of it compared to this USP100

The reason those pics weren't used is because CM told in its email that USP 100 will not be available without the PSU included. Updated pictures.

The pictures make it look kind of striped down, and also the lack of a slow for the 24 12 v on the mobo tray is a big detraction.

I guess I'll wait till production and see if maybe it's just because these are early photos.
