Cooling for Phenom II 955 BE to go 4ghz ?

Is a Collermaster TX3, going to offer enough cooling for my 955 BE to go to say 4.1 Ghz ?

Here is where it currently sits, temps are around 34c idle, and 57c load.

if your only hitting 57'c at load at 3.7ghz, I'd say your colling should be able to handle 4-4.1. As long as you stay under 70'c under full load, your good.

Go for CM Hyper 212+,buy another fan and set in push-pull!
I've had my PII X3 720 @3.8ghz that way and never hit more than 45!!!

I thought about getting one, was also looking at a V8 or a V6.

or just get a 2nd fan... according to the link you posted (OP) the cooler came with extra clips for another fan. just get one of same thickness and you should be fine. i'm guessing its 25mm thick.
