I'd be more worried about the CPU sticking to the edge of the vaccuum.

ZIF and LGA sockets aren't quite that strong.

Copper fins has better egress, but are less light-weight. Although a smaller copper heatsink at larger weight and higher price performs slightly better then a huuuge, lightweight aluminium one for less money. If you don't have too much spare space, you definately need copper.

i use aluminum, i couldnt think how heavy my cooler + fan would be if it was all copper.. as it is it tops 1 kg all up.. if it went snap u would hear me cry

I was abel to stuff a Theramltake Blue Orb 2 into a mATX case no prob. It's 2 lbs. has a huge copper slug base, and 140 fins 140mm wide, and a 120mm fan! Obviosly it's not as efficiant as the smaller all copper modles. But that's why I chose the "big blue" to begin with I'ts huge, blue, and has lights! Cause biga is beda right?! I got a thing for cooling fins to the point that I'm thinking about ways to mod a case out of cooling fins.
