Damn, DDR3 2000 would be nice. Hopefully a BIOS update will allow for faster clocks on my Evga board.
So few x58's can run 1800+ DDR3 it's hard to justify a $300+ board and then $300+ ram. Anyone know if the Evga Classified can run it? What about that Asus Gene?

i don't see why not, i haven't had any problems running all my boards with all my different ram.

I just read a review from Legit Reviews and they could only bench at 1800/1600/1333. They barely got them to run at stock speeds and could only overclock them to 1056 
It's going to take some time before these can really be used as the monsters they should be.

Yea its kinda a waste. They pwn but it takes alot to get them to their stock speeds because of urrent hardware limitations.
