It could be air in the pump or the pump is dying.

Suggest taking the whole thing out and giving the whole thing a shake or try to power it on to get the pump working and shake and tilt it around (the whole unit) to see if you can clear the air bubbles. If that does nothing then yeah its time for a new AIO

My old H100 made the same noise, i just threw it out instead.

I had a Coolit Eco ALC that leaked everywhere too, luckily did not kill anything, then i stopped buying AIO's.

I had an original Corsair H60 that made that noise and quit working shortly thereafter. Good luck with Corsair's RMA process!

Yeah, if the pump is making noise, it's on its way out. Realistically you are left with a rad and a waterblock now. You can revive it with an external pump and reservoir. It should even increase cooling performance, too.
