I kinda figured so with the over ear design. I had a plantronics pair similar to this one and it would cut into the tops of my ears with the plastic.

I loved mine until they snapped. Went through 3 pairs before getting a different headset. Corsair just needs to make them adjustable and use slightly more flexible plastic.

Over the Ear headsets aren't all bad, my Sony set has lasted 5+ years, but the right side started to crackle. Logitech makes a decent over the ear set.

I remember my plantronics was a tank! Even after half the plastic breaking off and my cat chewing the cord in half (Laughingman remembers that night LOL). they still worked great (after some resoldering.) just uncomfortable after long periods of wear.
