Cpu cooler + bent motherboard

I'm wondering Why some 775 push pins coolers are making the motherboard bends around cpu socket when firmly in place the way it should?

b) Because they don't use a backplate to stiffen the motherboard.

Ihs and hsf imperfections, poor QA on them. Just replace mounting hardware or get a 3rd party hsf

+1 to this comment. This is why many aftermarket heatsinks come with their own beefier backplate system. The stock Intel coaster... err, heatsink, is quite small and light, and evidently doesn't warrant a backplate.
