the error is usually based on fan speed, and when the motherboard sees none, it alarms.

You need to visually check to see if the CPU cooler fan is turning, or see if it is packed with dust.

What cooler are we dealing with here?

Without knowing what you see inside, maybe get a picture so we can better assist you, it is still tough to advise a course of action thus far.

Also make sure you didn't accidently pull the CPU fan lead from the Motherboard.

Check the in-game temperatures with GPU-Z or HWMonitor. Maybe the CPU cooler isn't mounted correctly.

103c is extremely hot and likely to trigger a shut down to protect the CPU. Reapply thermal paste and remount the CPU cooler. Make sure the fan is spinning normally. 80c is above average for a GPU.

Fix the CPU temperature issue first, then the rest we can look at later.

That's not a fantastic CPU cooler, but not terrible either. I get very mediocre results with the Cryorig M9 on my 2600k... but it works.

Did you actually remove the cooler from the processor? Did you clean the old thermal paste off and apply new? Are you sure the cooler is mounted correctly? Those push pins can be tricky and sometimes they may not be fully inserted, pop back out, or even break.

Temps are still high, but that's about what I'd expect from a dinky stock cooler on that chip... especially if case airflow is bad.

yes as u say its a dinky stock cooler but i think this temp now not the reason for rebooting the pc so if this happens again what may cause that

Get a better CPU cooler and check the case fans (if there any). Replace the old ones, and add new fans if possible.

According to the following review:

https://www.techpowerup.com/review/fsp-windale-4/

87c is still to hot for stock i7-3770 and just gaming.

Did you put thermal paste between the cooler and CPU?

Is it installed properly?

Do you have fans inside the case? Post a photo of your case.

How do you measure temperatures? with what software?

I’d recommend using the side/window intake fan if you can and flipping those top fans to intake.

Don't know the proportions of the photo.

Looks lke 3 exhaust Zalman fans, some dust, and a very small PC case.

I suggest you upgrade to a bigger case. Until then, use cable ties to organize cables to maximize airflow.

so I reapply the top fans to intake fan and mange cable as possible and now after play Assassin's Creed Odyssey for about 3 hours max temp I get with CPU is 75 c and make stress test with prime 95 for about 20 min max temp it reaches is 82 c is that good guys
