cpu fan speed control

Is there a good program for controlling the cpu's fan speed besides the bios? Cuz in the bios, the fan speed control thingy is a bit odd, and i would prefer to be able to set it in windows/during game play rather than having to reboot it to go to bios.

go the biostar and see if they have a desktop app that can do it ... T-Utility IIRC.

The apps from biostar don't seem to work. I also tried speed fan, but have no luck.
