well of course CPU effects everything.

transfer to/from ram, video ram, soundcard, bus stabilty, orchistrating in game features.
just because you have a beast of a video card doesnt mean the info is gonna get to it smoothly.

hmm

maybe they should do a review on the effecency of electrical travel on the processors next. im mor disapionted with the features that morrownd has and oblivion lacks then my pc's preformance.

most of the fighting is indors anyway.. not like you render that far. i have my detail up way high.. i let goldbrand sort out my video lag for me when the npcs attack.. :)
