CPU Temps Issues HELP!

I'm Done with Overclocking stuff. I decide to Undervolt and i have undervolt 0.075Mv and it stable no issues. I remember when i do that i stress test my CPU, and Temps go max 60c, no more higher then 60c, it stay 55c 60c and i monitoring it eversince but i see now when my cpu under load it go up 65c - 71c it's not possible i check everything i can't find out why. And my CPU idal always stay like 35c 37c now sometime it jump to 40c 42 just a second.

Anyone know what's happening?

Need more info. You've been here a while but you still didn't put in your System Specs. Go do that its in your profile.

And also provide the BIOS settings you use right now for this OC. Otherwise its a guessing game, I'm not playing that
