Darn, that Powercolor RX580 is mighty tempting. Kind of want a red card again to mess with.
You said you have them BIOS flashed. What to you have the BIOS set to do? I'm guessing you had it undervolted?

The name sounds like a red card it is however black. They are all modded memory tables, the core clocks I normally left alone and adjusted as needed in windows. If you want a specific BIOS for it I can easily set it up for you. The tighter ram timings actually do awesome in games as well.

Received my card. It's the real deal.

It was pretty well-kept - for a used card, it's all-around pristine. 6 months of continuous use and still it was nearly dust free. I pulled off the shroud and fans, so I know it's clean. Doesn't look like it's been subjected to really high heat - not much of that oily, splotchy look those black PCB's get over time + heat. He told me it ran ~60C and just looking at the card, I believe it.

I of course OC'd it right away. Caps out at just shy of 1500mhz core and ~2000mhz mem. Voltage peaking ~1.1 under continuous max load. Temp peaks at ~70C. Passing any stress test I can throw at it easily. Perfectly stable in games thus far. Not too shabby for a standard RX580. Actually pretty much as good as they get. Mining shmining this card's a keeper
