Hello everyone I am new there on forum as member but I follow TechPowerUP for long :)

I never XP something like this with GPU-Z readings info of my First notebook graphic are absolutely crazy (Intel UHD Tiger GT1 - UHD)

On other infos like HW Info everything seems normal

On nVidia is everything ok

Any options? should I need to be worried?

This is definitely a bug in GPU-Z, not an issue with your hardware

On newest version of GPU-Z I XP same bug. I try to upload bug report to dev staff but GPU-Z say
SQLSTATE 22003 Numeric value out of range 1264 Out of Range

This should be fixed now

GPU-Z 2.60.0 still shows crazy frequencies for Intel UHD:

Funny on two identical machines GPU-Z behaves differently, one normal one abnormal! The abnormal reading machine has an external monitor attached to the Nvidia GPU in addition to internal panel attached UHD GPU, while the correct reading one only uses the internal panel.

From your report

With integrated graphics the DRAM is used for memory so unless things have changed then you should expect this clock. Your DRAM is 3200MT/s so 1600MHz clock, a little less for down spread. The default mem clock shown in GPUz also seems to be using the wrong divider ie 1200MHz which should be 133/100 * 1200 = 1600 IINM.

That wrong default also seems to appear on other iGD's too.

A GT2 example from the Net
Hwb.jpg

DRAM clock is shown as 1862MHz (1866) in CPU-Z but 1400MHz in GPU-Z, again 133/100 * 1400 = 1866 minus some down spread. Other clocks though look reasonable.

IMO can be helpful if posting GPU-Z iGD screenshot to show DRAM clock too with CPU-Z or other SW or just mention it even. Also if it gets fixed please post fixed screenshot, didn't see anything from @VekyTP9. Maybe he PM'd W1ZZ only?

You are right, while the values are not 1000x incorrect, like when having second monitor, the math and memory timings seems off like you explained above.
