With the much-anticipated release of the AMD Ryzen CRYORIG prepares to launch a full line of AMD Ryzen dedicated coolers as well as simple upgrade kits for existing AMD compatible CRYORIG cooling products. Beginning from Type A to Type D, there will be a total of 4 different AM4 upgrade kits depending on the corresponding CRYORIG product. Natively supporting Ryzen dedicated version models will begin to release later in Q2 2017 and will consist of the full CRYORIG cooling portfolio.

CRYORIG's four AM4 upgrade kits will be released beginning in late March and will be completely free of charge (including shipping) for existing users to apply for. Users will only need to provide a proof of purchase of the CRYORIG product (or product registration number), and a proof of purchase of an AMD Ryzen or AM4 CPU or Motherboard. Just fill out and supply all necessary info, the kit will be sent directly to the provided address. Distributors and select channels will also have these kits available. The following chart indicates the CRYORIG product and it's corresponding AM4 upgrade kit.

CRYORIG's dedicated Ryzen ready products will natively contain AMD socket AM4 optimized mounting kits, and will also continue to support modern AMD sockets including AM3/AM3+. Beginning in Q2 2017, CRYORIG will start shipping dedicated Ryzen ready versions of CRYORIG's full product line. Exact release dates will vary from model to model. The Ryzen Supported sticker will be found on all dedicated Ryzen ready coolers for easy identification, and indicates that no additional kits are required for Ryzen support.

Same, I was hoping they'd ship it out when I gave them my PoP last Thursday, but the the rep said they didn't have them yet and would put me on the list. It would have been nice if they had the form ready to go when Ryzen actually launched and not just emailing customer support.

I guess they didn`t expect that everybody would want 8core 16 thread CPUs for 300$ a piece. :D

Nothing to do with that AMD sucks at communicating with manufacturers basically AMD failed to communicate design changes until very late. Screwing everyone over.

So basically if AMD didnt suck so hard AM4 kits and compatible coolers would have been ready much sooner across the board.

EKWB had upgrade kits available months ago. Can't see why AMD wouldn't communicate with other manufacturers at the same time.

Yet thats what happened certain manufacturers were told others were not. AMD's track record of communication is pretty weak and suspect.

Its not about AMD failure to communication here. and its not AMD's fault, so shove that theory up yer booty:kookoo:. The onus falls on the manufacturer to get any pertinent design updates, not AMD, any half-wit in the manufacturing business would know that. However, if an update request is not filled, say for political or fanboism reasons, then ya thats on AMD. If I was AMD, I sure as hell wouldnt "volunteer" changes to a manufacturer that favors the competition.

When companies directly contact AMD and then AMD fails to respond thats pretty much a failure of communication. Kind like how theirs a lack of motherboards right now considering most vendors didnt anticipate Ryzens success and many are not happy considering microcode is buggy etc. But hey if you want to drink the red Kool-aide go right ahead lol. AMD has a shitty track record. Lisa Su has started to turn things around but yeah they got a long way to go.

Blame AMD for lack of communication all you want, its not on them to initiate direct contact. (You're not in my rofl-dex because you didnt put in that request.) The lack of boards is not AMD's fault, you said it yourself, "vendors didnt anticipate Ryzens success". All the vendors knew there was a new socket coming out, you blame AMD for this? :banghead: If I'm drinking Kool-Aid, I sure as hell hope its not from the same pitcher you drank from. I suppose the board vendors dont know about AMD making 1 million chips either?

I agree with you there. We just cant assume that this is what is happening. However, there could other circumstances why its happening and without direct knowledge, an assumptions are just forum-fodder (tm) :rockout:.
