I kinda like it kinda don't but i personally like Crysis for its single player if it was for the multiplayer i wish they would have a normal Deathmatch. But the game its self needs some serious optimization.

So I did a little FRAPS benchmark on Hunter mode with 16 peeps in Aiport for 3 minutes on my setup. Here's my results, not bad I guess

Someone finally found the solution. If you followed earlier directions to add a profile in the control panel you need to delete it. Only add the profile with nvidia inspector. That solves the SLI issue. Now I figured out the performance bit. By far the single biggest thing to hurt performance is the AA setting. TXAA=25 fps, MSAA=40 FPS, FXAA=60 FPS. This explains all the performance brackets I've seen.

Allright, for sheets and giggles I ran another test with the beta 313.96 drivers. I didn't see a hoo ha of a difference in gameplay on my end and the results back me up on that

I get a oddly consistent 51fps. 7970 at 1000mhz.

I hate the hunters bow. I did get one lucky headshot that won a game, but that is the only arrow I was able to land tonight. 1/100 shot... because I probably shot 100 or so arrows in the hour I played.

It sure loads fast. Hunter is kind of a letdown (maybe because I suck) but the matches are short so it evens out. I found a nice hiding spot in Crash Site that helped me to "win" several rounds. Got to lvl 6 last night.

There is some serious lag and hit detection issues with the hunters bow and it feels really floaty would be best way to describe trying to aim the damn thing.

One thing I can say,,I did like the cosole in game,,just like battlefield, if you push the "~" button,,it gives You a good read out of Your systems standing as far as performance goes. From CPU, to GPU, to RAM, etc.I'm sure it's Not fully operational in the beta,,but it's a good direction.

I hate how you can't turn motion blur off. I disabled it in the settings but there is still some blur. The default blur setting was unplayable for me.

I just wish in Hunter mode the Hunters would be a smidge easier to see. Right now they can basically stand in front of you and you dont know it.

I wish they were harder to see. There's no hiding in this game at all. You're either on radar, out in the open, or glowing red/blue. Makes sniping impractical when only a headshot can kill someone and by then everyone knows where you are. If modern games don't want a class to excel just remove the class.

In a game that has no motion blur, you can turn so fast everything seems to blur because it is faster than you can see just like real life. I feel that is enough. I hate the motion blur effect because it gives me a headache. It has a slight motion blur even when disabled, just enough to be irratating.

I agree. I can hear the hunters coming, and I can see them once they are there. Then its a game of who can fire the fastest and those bows are hard to shoot with.

Played a few rounds again today and I thought it was "eh." I can't seem to get awesome fps in this baby; I guess crossfire still isn't working like it should or perhaps it's such a beast game to run

The 2 minutes rounds are frustrating IMO, makes it hard to get into the matches.

DX11 capable cards are available since 2009, that's more than 3 years so hardly new hardware. Plus everybody was outraged that Crysis 2 launched in DX9, now when it's only DX11 it's the other way around?

true, but it should be backwards compatible atleast , xbox360 & ps3 are DX9+

I'll give it a go tomorrow when I get my gfx card, have no rig effectively at the moment. Will no doubt have to turn alot of settings down but whatever. I quite liked some elements of crysis 2 mp.

It's the new trend, Bioshock Infinite will be also DX11, maybe it'll run on DX10 but Battlefield 3 launched more than a year ago is DX11 only. I can't blame them though.
