I reckon its gonna be around the 2 - 2.5GB mark.
Bioshock = 1.8GB
Stranglehold = 2GB
COD4 = 1.4GB
Hellgate: London = 1.5GB
GRAW 2 SP = 1.8GB
World in Conflict = 1.2GB
MoH Airborne = 1.3GB
Then theres these less than a GB

F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate
Crysis MP Beta rev3 is 1.4GB and is a pretty descent sized map and the SP "contact" level looks about 1.5 - 2x the size but will have DX10 features and the sandbox so im sticken with 2 - 2.5GB in total. Hopefully for quota reasons its smaller than we think.
It really depends on the compression type they use also I guess
