I've been running crysis with no problems, but now im facing the pre-boss [the spider thing] and I lag like craazy, and its not a normal graphical lag, because I notice my HDD LED starts flashing, and the lag starts, then I minimize the game to see wtf is going on, and i noticed all of my 8gbs of ram are being used so i think the game actually starts using the HDD as ram thus slowing everything down from time to time.

-anyone had this before?

PS, Im using a custom "ultra high" setting mod...Mster config v3 i think.

I imagine its your custom config doing the damage sah!

make a backup of your settings and try the game with its stock very high config and see if you have the same problem : ]

Did your ram dump everything when exiting the program? I've had a bad OC cause issues like this, could be a software issue but it doesn't sound like it to me.
