Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

I am getting exactly the same issue with KB3156387. It attempts to install 20%, 30% etc. it and then reverts back saying rolling back and unable to.
I really don't know how it will be fix. This is a relatively new Laptop Toshiba Flex with touch screen.
Ironically my old laptop Acer went fine with the upgrade.

Does anyone know of the solution? What is Microsoft doing to resolve. I thought I was the only one, but looks like there could 1,000's of people with the same scenario.

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.

It did the same on one of my systems (z170 desktop and Windows 10, 10586 build) ; however, after a reboot, it installed normally.
My other two systems and laptop had no problem.

Nope, no luck. Maybe I need to default the telemetry since I am using shut up 10, other updates install with the update tool.
