Please read what I wrote again. No 3950, but 3900. More coffee for that young man.I don't know where you got that MSI doesn't seem to think their B450 doesn't support 3900X because bios 7B85v17 for the B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC lists the support for 3900X:
I'm sure that a 3950X will run but MSI don't seem to think that is a good idea since it is not on the list.
