Benchmark Scores They're pretty good, nothing crazy.
Wanted to see if the forum was interested in compiling a database of the Daily Driver "sweet spots" of their chips (i.e. where the voltage has to spike to go another +50/100Mhz and they were no longer comfortable going in the *daily driver* (Prime95 2hr max heat or 7 day uptime screenshot required) category AND/OR the max OC they were able to achieve in the *Aggressive* category (with some sort of benchmark result)) by chip model...

Would compile into an aggregated graph....

Might help new overclockers decide on buys/gauge their results. Also would be interesting to know... let me know what you guys think.

WE'd never get enough sample results for this to be truly useful, but the idea.. I think is fantastic.

Great point... I think there are quite a few lurkers on here -- as well as a few elites with access to multiple SKUs (*ahem*). If we can log the results we can definitely get some samples. May have to limit model numbers though/explicitly state anything under a sample of 10/20 is not significant.

Is there any way to pull data from other sources?

Might wanna post this on several forums and collate the results using google docs...

I will look into this... every review also has a MAX OC that they hit - maybe I can add like a rotten tomatoes Revs vs users... if I could help TPU aggregate and post it could be great.

Maybe only top selling/current gen processors? Start small with the best selling 6/7/8000K series Ryzen/+ and go from there?

thinking:
AMD:
1800x
1700x
1700
1600x
1600
1500
...
Intel:
8700K
8600K
7700K
7600K
6700K
6600K
5775/5665C series
...
Pentium G series...

OR open up to all results and include a 3dmark timespy and cinebench

For my 2 cents, as an average recommendation on a FX 8350 daily I'd say 4.5-4.7GHz across all 8 cores, bear in mind base clock is 4.0 GHz with a turbo of 4.2 GHz.
