IF the resolution is fixed and the game is fairly solid I will get it for sure as long as I feel like I'm not getting stiffed. It doesn't even have to look that great as long as the game supports our res.

even with a mod fix i wont be paying, i love the work modders do but this just smells of uh we were lazy and didnt bother to fix or test anything we just said we did, gonna be funny to see if From Software says anything, hell this might actually FORCE them to release a patch ahaha which would be funny as hell.

Im waiting for the flood of news posts all over, and Froms response to it, lol $5 on steam deal max for me. Even then i might pass.

Im greatful for Durante for fixing it, but lets face it this is pretty damn sad lol

granted if ppl really want it for cheaper Green Man Gaming with a pomo code drops it down to $32

Also seems items can be easy hacked in via Cheat Engine, so if thats possible multiplayer wise its gonna be hilarious.

you got your resolution. you will get your 60 FPS and you still won't buy it? did you ever intend to? you support the developer so the next Souls game comes out on PC at launch.

uh 60 fps doesnt work bumble bee its already been done, it doubles the games speed, so 30 to 60 doubles it 60 to 120 yea... lol so its 30 fps or unplayable multiplayer potentially broken by just hacking in infinite items yea seems like a broken game to me,

I look at it this way if they couldnt put in the effort the first time why should I expect them to do it the second time?

the more copies the game sells the more Namco Bandai will take the PC seriously. they might give the next game to another developer to port.

if people don't buy this game it will never happen.

yea not gonna purchase id get the game for the co-op not gonna deal with the shit above lol, first 2 already work, what happens now is if From can patch it and fix it, if they patch the resolution and fix the above problems then ill contemplate purchasing it but im not paying for something so easily broken, Console versions has problems like 99 Divine something cant remember where someone can be nearly impossible to kill but its rare the above oh hai run a tool yay done lol.

its a wait and see im just not jumping in head first because its an amazing series which i know you can understand, if its patched fixed and things get sewn up ill purchase if it remains as is i am unlikely to purchase, a bad port is a bad port, and if no security is their to prevent rampant hacking by invaders or the ability to invade ANYONE their goes the major draw for me co-op very few good co-op games Dark Souls and Demon Souls were fun as hell co-op if hacking kills that i have no reason to get the game. In which case piece meal play via console becomes the alternative.

That and news coming down the pipe so far seems to have radeon GPUs having frame rate issues so im also waiting to see how that pans out no point buying it if it drops to 5 fps all the time on a 7970 lol games just come out tho so its wait and see for the moment im just not gonna jump on the hype train of awesome

Id rather be pessimistic proved wrong in which case its more awesome then be all super excited and then be let down by terrible performance.

I'm with crazyeyes on this one, if a Studio/developer didn't take the time to do us right and a modder did it in 20ish minutes ill pass. I don't care how good the game is, its a blatant slap in the face to PC gamers. So if they don't release the next one on PC so be it. There are many Developers out there that give us great games, Valve, Dice, Blizzard so on.
Not including basic resolution and settings is pure ignorance. They Build every PS3/Xbox title on a PC/Dev Kit they know how to do this correctly, IT'S THEIR JOB.

I'll see how this playes out before dropping $40, steam sale might be the way to go, but they wont get a penny if they skimped. I vote with my money and if I have to sit one out so be it, not the first time.

so its the internal render resolution not screen, a graphic setting that is not commonly seen(Serious Sam 3/HD, Silent Hill 3 PC has this option tho, and not to mention, console emulators )

Namco ported Ridge Racer Unbounded to PC this year. next year they got that Star Trek game. if the games they publish sell on PC they will port more games.

the days of PC exclusives and new engines are over. the best you can hope for is a port that isn't broken. Namco isn't a big publisher. if the game doesn't sell well Namco is more likely to say screw it and never do it again rather than sink more money into it.

Right now they're technically "bigger" than Square Enix.
