So a friend's PC decided to stop working the the other day and had me swing by to check things out. Couldn't get anything going so brought the drive home with me to check out. It's a WD Caviar 160GB IDE pulled from a 3.5 year old e-machines. Now when I connected it to my rig and let my windows find it, on 2 different PC's, only 3.01GB was found. Now at this point I personally labeled the drive dead, but wanted to see if anyone thought it may be able to be save and how. Thanks!
