dead memory?

One of Corsair XMS2 sticks doesn't boot in any of my computers.. The living stick does not boot at 1.8v anymore tho.. On the sticks it says 1.80v ver3.1 so I figured they ran at 1.8v and they did since I got them.. I'm gonna RMA them soon..
