First of all i do not need 27" or bigger screen so anyone who wants to suggest 27" screen i understand you but i have different needs than you.

After such straight and simply put disclaimer let's see what i am about. Currently i'm on fairly standard 24" 1920x1080 IPS display with "freesync" of 48-75Hz range. I feel an urge to swap my display to something of higher resolution but staying at the same size. I've recently done a little bit of research and i'm surprised there is not so many displays like 2560x1440 at 24" size overall but when i would want to add to it modern requirements like 120 or 144Hz (or more) with as high range as possible and LFRC plus IPS panel time with freesync support then things come complicated or seemingly impossible. I do not need HDR as proper HDR displays (600 or higher rating) are even less common and less affordable also HDR implementation is not always great on end-user content (games, movies). Are my needs too weird or my research skills are weak?

I am eyeballing gigabyte aorus displays but ones meeting my expectations are 27" which is a bit too big to me and doesn't fit into other conditions i have to take into account, i'm saying it from experience so please (again) do not try to push on me 27" inches and bigger ones. Purchase of a display is a long term investment so ignore gpu i have at the moment, i will switch gpus multiple times during lifetime of a display. Budget is up to 600-700 euros but if you know something decent at 200 euros (which i doubt) will be ok as well as long it is a good quality display.

Honestly very bad timing for this. if you can just wait until winter time, there will be some huge quality of life improvements in monitors. DP 1.4 HDMI 2.1 IPS issues fixed even more than they already have been (and they are damn near perfect as it is) and 240hz 24 or 25" 1440p panels (I expect since their previous models sold so well, the Dell 165hz Tn 24" gsync sells out all the time, I had it once, but i just can't do TN ever again... the color inaccuracy even after calibration from one corner to the other is just horrible to me. maybe newer variants of it fixed that issue I don't know.

I do not accept TN as viable/usable panels :) I do not rush with this purchase and to be honest later this year would be perfect. As i said, display is a purchase for years so i can wait few months for something meeting my requirements.
