[WTB][US] Decent/Cheap 4X AGP GPU sitting around

I'm looking for a cheap, but decent AGP GPU for a buddy of mine. His blew on his only computer and now he's constantly asking me for one!!

ATI or Nvidia is fine with him. He's hoping for a card with 256mb or 512MB evenslap:him)He technically only has AGP 4X on his motherboard, but I think an 8X card should play on it ok with a minor performance hit. Heatware link in signature.

Edit: He only has a 250Watt PSU in there. Might have to make him upgrade that!!
